SendRentNow is a new and innovative way to send your rent. From now on, you don't need to waste your time by waiting on line at the post office to mail your rent or waiting for your landlord to come pick it up from you. Forget all you know about sending/paying your rent! Just go to SendRentNow.com and send your rent. The whole process takes less than a minute.

In detail, the way SendRentNow.com works is:

1 - A tenant registers with our website first. Then she/he is prompted to find his/her apartment/unit number amongst all the registered buildings on our website. The buildings are pre-registered when a landlord signs up with our system. So, with a simple search, the building and then the apartment/unit number are very easy to find.

2 - Once the building is found and the apartment/unit number is claimed, the tenant simply enters his/her payment information and that's it, voila, the rent is sent!

3 - After sending the rent, both tenant and the landlord receive a notification via email. This also serves as the document showing that the rent has been sent, for both parties.

4 . Once a apartment/unit number is claimed, it's recorded on the tenant's profile, thereby making it even easier the next time when rent is due.

5 - The tenant can also setup an automatic payment order which would allow SendRentNow.com to send the monthly rent to the landlord, on time, without even coming to the website.

6 - If a tenant hasn't setup an automatic payment to be taken from their credit card or bank account, he/she will receive an email five days before the rent is due as a reminder. If on the contrary, auto pay has been setup the tenant will receive the above mentioned email confirming that the rent was sent automatically.

LANDLORDS / PROPERTY MANAGERS

SendRentNow is a new, innovative, and convenient way to receive rent. From now on, you don't have to schedule a time to collect rent nor make a trip to the dropbox in your building. Our system simply collects the rent from your tenant and deposits it into your bank account. The tenants have an option to pay by direct deposit or by credit cards (tenant will pay the additional 3% credit card charge). This will eliminate late rent payments.

After tenants sends rent, both landlord and tenant receive notification via email.

This also serves as a record of rent payment. Thereafter, five days before rent is due, tenant receives a monthly reminder to pay rent. This email also includes a link to their account which simplifies paying rent to only 2 clicks.

If tenant fails to pay rent within five days of due date, landlord will get notification by email. Landlord will also be able to view a record of his transactions.

In detail, this is how SendRentNow works:

1 - Landlord/property manager registers their building with our website.

2 - Landlord has to sign up with EON payment solutions. It takes 2-3 business days until landlord receives merchant ID # and transmitter ID #.

3 - Upon receiving merchant ID # and transmitter ID # from EON payment solutions, landlord will email this information to SendRentNow or fax to 718-384-7008.

4 - Once SendRentNow receives landlord's merchant ID # and transmitter ID #, landlord can register his properties on the following business day.

5 - Tenants search for the property on our website and claim their unit. At this time, tenant can send rent to landlord immediately.

6 - After tenant sends the rent, both landlord and tenant receive notification via email. This also serves as a record of rent payment.

7 - Thereafter, each month, five days before the rent is due, tenant automatically receives an email reminding him of rent payment. This email includes a link to their account which simplifies rent payment to 2 clicks.
